Neymar Transfer Talks

Neymar Jr. a world-class football player and because of that, he is very expensive in the Transfer Market. In 2017 he left FC Barcelona (Barca) to join Paris Saint-Germain (PSG).

Now Neymar wants to come back and everyone would love to see Messi, Neymar, and Suarez (MSN) play together again. I would give anything to see MSN play together again in the field.

PSG brought Neymar for €222 M from Barca. PSG's asking price is €300 M (According to the rumors). Barca was not able to put this kind of money (because of their new signings like Antoine Griezmann and F. De Jong) so they offered Ivan Rakitic, Jean-Clair Todibo, and Ousmane Dembele as makeweights in a player plus cash deal. If PSG didn't accept that offer Barca also proposed a loan option with buy but it seems PSG rejected the idea. I think PSG wants to let go Neymar for the exact amount they brought him for in 2017 or maybe more if any club will be willing to pay that kind of money for a 27-year-old Brazilian. But Neymar has told PSG that he only wishes to join his former club FC Barcelona.

Since the Pre-season Transfer Window has been closed then FC Barcelona may have planned to buy Neymar in Mid-season Transfer Window. Barca could try to sign Neymar in January.
