Clean Desk, Clear Mind

The desk is one of the most important things in my room. I like having fewer things on my desk, Such as a book, laptop, keyboard, mouse, and notebook. That's it!

Once or twice a month, I feel low and unproductive whenever I am working. I found out that it's because my desk is not clean, there are some things on it which don't belong there. These extra things are distracting, which makes me feel unproductive. I clean my desk to get rid of the clutter.

After the cleaning, I felt great. I was able to concentrate on the work. 

I understood that cleaning has a positive effect on your mental health. It calms your mind. It also increases your ability to focus.
