DARK CHOCOLATE

Ahh! Chocolate. Doesn't it make your mouth water?😋

I'm talking about the dark chocolate🍫, not the crap with loads of sugar in it. Dark chocolate is very nutritious. It improves heart and brain functions also lowers blood pressure. Don't eat lots of chocolate every day just because it improves your health. Consuming lots of chocolate can put your health at risk. Have a little every day. I love to have a square or two of dark chocolate after dinner.

The sugary chocolate doesn't have the same effects because it contains less amount of cocoa. Buy quality dark chocolate. Look for dark chocolate with high cocoa content. Avoid dark chocolate that contains unnecessary ingredients like trans fat, milk, and sugar.

Eat quality food.🍲
